The Jaguar Apprenticeship Programme is the platform for developing new enthusiastic recruits for Jaguar retailers to meet the needs of our exciting and technologically advanced cars. To grow our business over the coming years it's essential that we encourage talented young people to become the next generation of professional retailer employees.

The unique Jaguar Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is a two to three year programme dependent on the career development paths chosen.

The choices of career development within the Jaguar retailer network and the Jaguar Apprenticeship programme are:

  • Vehicle Sales Advisor
  • Service Advisor
  • Parts Advisor
  • Light Vehicle Technician

During the training period each Apprentice will embark on a structured learner journey to develop the skills, competence, attitude and knowledge required to meet the needs of the Jaguar brand and the fast pace of working within a Jaguar retailer. Apprentices are employed by a franchised Jaguar retailer and trained at one of our dedicated state of the art Academy facilities. In addition to Academy training, Apprentices receive training in the workplace by a Jaguar Academy assessor and consultant.

Working towards achieving a Level 2 and 3 National Vocational Qualification along with a recognised Jaguar Qualification enabling higher accreditation within the Jaguar Excellence programme.

Apprentices can commence the programme at any time, dependent on vacancies available. Applications are collated and managed through our own recruitment service and the National Apprenticeships Vacancy website. Potential candidates will be contacted to arrange assessments and interviews for each vacancy.
